Who will be coaching my child?

Coaches are volunteers and often parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, former players or community members looking to be a part of a fun, inclusive environment, where every kid matters.All coaches must provide a valid background check, which we will help obtain.

Coaches don't have to be experienced. We will support them in every way we can. Coaches just need a great attitude, be supportive, encouraging and a desire to be a positive figure in each players experience.

Can I request to play with a friend?

For 5U, 7U, 10U and 13U, friend requests will be considered if both friends mutually request each other during registration (i.e. both request the other on the form).16U does not have friend requests.Siblings playing in the same division will always be grouped together, unless specifically requested. Coaches will always be placed with their kids.Friend requests are not guaranteed. We strive to accommodate them when possible, however they may be denied to achieve better competitive balance.

Chain requests where 1 friend requests another, who then requests another, and so on, will not be accommodated to maintain competitive balance.The friend request policy may also be found here. Special circumstances may be considered.

When and where are practices?

We encourage coaches to hold practices before or after their games on Saturday's, keeping everything on a single day.Some coaches do hold mid-week practices after consultation with the team parents. Those schedules and locations are managed by the individual team coaches rather than the league itself.

Are there tryouts or travel requirements?

No. We operate as an accessible, non-contact program for ages 4 to 16 with absolutely no tryouts or travel required.

What can we expect?

Kids are placed into age-appropriate divisions. Everyone gets playing time. You'll see a mix of learning, structure, and fun — warm-ups, skill development, and games. Families are welcome on the sidelines and encouraged to help their coach with planning.

What about Fees? Are there any additional fees, costs or obligations?

No - the registration fee covers the entire season's activities.We're committed to keeping fees low and accessible for every family.The Girls Development and Mentorship program is no additional cost.Player Development sessions on gamedays are no additional cost.There is no obligation for fund raising.As a part of the "Our kids helping kids in their community" initiative, we will hold food drives or similar. While we encourage you to consider supporting those events, they are optional.Deposit: In the past, some registrants signed up but never paid, attended, cancelled or replied to messages, leaving teams short-handed and affecting other kids' experience, while incurring unnecessary costs.To help prevent this, we now require a $35, non-refundable deposit (credit card only) at signup, unless paying in full by card. This counts toward your total fees.Full registration fees are due by September 9.

How can I get involved?

We are always looking for volunteer coaches. Coaches have the most direct impact on the experience of all kids, and a positive, encouraging figure who shows up makes a lasting contribution to every child's life.If coaching isn't for you, there are several other great ways to make an impact:Team Support: Help your team's coach during the week with planning and communication, making sure everyone knows when and where to be.Community Initiatives: Assist in coordinating our "Our kids helping kids in their community" initiatives, such as our tournament day food drives.Sideline Positivity: Finally, and perhaps most importantly, you can get involved simply by being a positive presence on the sidelines—encouraging every player, supporting the coaches, and fostering a fun, welcoming environment.

What is the refund policy? Other important policies?

We're committed to keeping fees low and accessible for every family. In the past, some registrants signed up but never paid, attended, cancelled or replied to messages, leaving teams short-handed and affecting other kids' experience, while incurring unnecessary costs.To help prevent this, we now require a $35, non-refundable deposit (credit card only) at signup, unless paying in full by card. This counts toward your total fees.Refund Timeline:Before August 24: 100% refund (including the deposit).Between August 24 & September 26: 50% refund.After September 26: No refunds will be issued.Additional Details: Any purchased apparel or equipment is strictly non-refundable. Full registration fees are due by September 9.Financial Assistance: We believe cost should not be a barrier for kids to benefit from sports.
