Our community-run league is dedicated to providing kids with a positive, fun environment where they can learn the game, develop their skills, and grow both as players and individuals.
This is an accessible league for all kids—no tryouts, no cuts, and no travel required. Everyone plays, and everyone belongs!
Our affordable, family-friendly program includes an official NFL Flag jersey, a full season of games, and an exciting wrap-up tournament to celebrate the season!
We have a strong commitment to giving back to our communities.
We frame it as "Our kids helping kids in their community". An example of this initiative is the food drive organized for our tournament days, where our families gather significant amounts of food to be donated to the local food bank.

Great for first‑timers (and kids who already love football)
If your player wants to try football without contact, this is a great place to start. Our program is organized and upbeat, and we work hard to keep it fun for everyone.
✨NEW! GIRLS DEVELOPMENT & MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Girls play on their co-ed teams and are also invited to take part in our no-cost Girls Development & Mentorship Program.
Throughout the season, girls come together for training with our Females in Flag coach, focusing on skill development, mentorship, fun and confidence-building. It is a supportive space to connect with other girls in the league, build comfort on the field, and bring that confidence back to their teams.

A new division for our 4 and 5 year old players offering more playing time and development opportunities, focused on fun!
There is no additional fee to participate.

We believe cost should not be a barrier for kids to benefit from sports. If you are in need of alternate arrangements, please reach out to discuss.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Kids are placed into age‑appropriate divisions.

Everyone gets playing time.

You’ll see a mix of learning, structure, and fun—warm‑ups, skill development, and games.

Families are welcome on the sidelines and encouraged to help their Coach with mid-week planning and communication.
COACHES WANTED!

We are always looking for Head and Assistant Coaches - no experience necessary.

We will help new Coaches get up and running. A valid police record check is required.

We encourage our Coaches to hold practices on game days, before or after their game. However, some do schedule midweek practices after consultation with team parents. Midweek practices are organized directly by individual coaches and teams, not by the league.

FRIEND REQUEST RULES
Please note that the age groupings below may change based on factors such as the number of registrants of a certain age.
Playing with friends is fun—but meeting new teammates, playing against friends, and building new connections can be just as rewarding. We strive to create teams to support balanced, fun divisions, so friend and coach requests cannot be guaranteed.
16U Division (ages 14, 15, 16)
Friend requests are not available for the 16U division. However, requests for siblings to be placed on the same team and for players to be assigned to a team coached by their parent (Head Coach) will be honored.
13U Division ( Ages 13, 12, 11)
May Request 1 friend. To be considered, both friends must request each other.
If a team is deemed too strong during the team formation process, friend requests may be denied. Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. The remaining roster spots will be filled by league-assigned players based on factors such as skill level, years of experience and so forth. Special circumstances may be considered.
10U Division ( Ages 10, 9, 8)
May Request 1 friend. To be considered, both friends must request each other.
7U Division ( Ages 7, 6)
May Request 1 friend.
5U Division ( Ages 5, 4)
May Request 1 friend.
